CSL3 - BLDC controllers / drives for I/O-based applications
Configurable controllers/drives for brushless DC motors with a rated power of up to 72 watts. Apart from speed control, it also supports positioning based on Hall signals. Nanotec’s Plug & Drive Studio is used to parameterize the controller/drive. 16 different motion profiles can be set and selected quickly and easily by means of bit configuration via digital inputs. The compact controller/drive can be combined with almost all BLDC motors from Nanotec. With large order quantities, the CSL3 can also be mounted directly on the back of NEMA 17 motors (flange size 42 mm). For BLDC motors with up to 3 A rated current, Speed and position control, High performance and quiet running through 4-quadrant control and sine commutation of the motor, Simple parameterization of motion profiles, Individual configuration of analog inputs and digital outputs possible, Nanotec also offers BLDC controllers/drives with fieldbus interface
Plug in motor controllers / drives
Nanotec's programmable plug-in motor controllers/drives offer a compact and flexible solution for applications with space restrictions or specific electronic requirements. They are easy to integrate into customized boards and suitable for both BLDC (Brushless DC) and stepper motors. Their high level of integration is particularly advantageous in multi-axis setups.
